It was one dinner when I was 19 years old in New York City that shaped my career and personal relationship with food. In awe and with total admiration, I reached out to the chef to share my life altering meal; a conversation which resulted in my first internship with Tom Colicchio at Craft Hospitality.
Hospitality is an expression of what I love most; people, food, wine, travel and entertaining. Chefs, winemakers, farmers, foragers, fisherman and the connection between them and the restaurant guests make my world spin round. I’m a storyteller whose focus isn’t a quick buzz, but crafting and sharing a story that connects on a deeper level; the sustainable farmer who delivers ingredients to the chef who cooks a dish that pairs with wine from a winemaker who makes their wine with a philosophy that aligns with the farmer.
With over a decade of experience working for some of the world's top chefs, viral fast casual chains and buzzworthy wineries, I have a unique perspective on branding, marketing and public relations. I have personally represented James Beard Award Winning Chefs, global fast casual concepts, VC backed food technology companies and Michelin starred restaurants. My career has taken me from the red carpet at the Academy Awards with Wolfgang Puck, behind the scenes of Bravo’s Top Chef with Tom Colicchio to full scale restaurant pop ups at The Armory Show in New York City.
